How long has your company been in business?
CabinetDirect is a subsidiary of one of the largest family-owned kitchen retailers in the United States for over 45 years.
How long does it take from the time I order the cabinets until they are delivered?
We can ship cabinets in as little as 10 days. For specific delivery lead times by manufacturer, refer to Our Cabinets and select the manufacturer of your choice.
How do I schedule my delivery?
Your cabinet manufacturer will contact you to schedule delivery as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Are your cabinets fully-assembled?
Yes, they are fully manufactured, not assembled from kits. Unlike many online retailers, CabinetDirect does not sell ready-to-assemble cabinetry. Prior to CabinetDirect, factory-assembled stock, semi-custom, and full-custom brands with superior cabinet construction and lifetime warranties were only sold locally because they require expert levels of design, business process, and cabinet knowledge to sell properly.
Can I install the kitchen myself?
While we suggest professional installation of your cabinetry, we will provide installation instructions from the manufacturer upon request.
Can you work with my contractor?

Do your cabinets have soft-close doors and drawers?
Yes, all at no added charge! Regardless of whether you purchase from one of our stock, semi-custom, or full-custom manufacturers, your cabinets will include full-extension, undermounted drawer runners and six-way adjustable door hinges with integrated soft-close buffer systems.
Are your cabinets made from all-wood or particleboard?
Our cabinets are made from all-wood. With the exception of select laminated door styles, all cabinets sold at CabinetDirect are manufactured using plywood sides, tops, bottoms, backs, and shelves. Plywood is widely considered the premier cabinet substrate due to its dimensional stability, resistance to warping, and screw-holding power.
What is the warranty on your cabinets?
Lifetime warranty. All of our cabinets are factory-warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime. Refer to Our Cabinets to see warranty details for the manufacturer of your choice.
Can you help me measure?
If you need help measuring, please consult our measurement guide. Your designer can also help you over video or voice call if you have questions.
Is there a charge for your design service?
There is no charge or retainer required to receive your initial design walkthrough. If you require further design revisions, we are happy to create one alternate plan for you at no cost and with no obligation.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Ask your designer about our 0% interest credit card or 7,10, and 12-year installment loan options.
